Série de 4 impressions numériques sur papier sur le thème de la relation entre le nord et le sud. 24 x 12 pouces chacune.

Depuis ma résidence d’artiste en Antarctique en mars 2007, où j’ai fait un travail important de capture d’images vraiment très précieuses pour moi,  je souhaitais créer des compositions picturales tirées de ces photographies.  Ma recherche est orientée vers la prise de photos qui mettent en relief des caractéristiques du paysage et de l’environnement de l’Antarctique afin de les mettre en des relations avec des images de même type, prises dans notre hémisphère nord.  Je veux lier, relier, faire des liens entre l’hémisphère sud et l’hémisphère nord.

• Series of 4 digital prints on paper on the theme of the relationship between the North and the South. 24 x 12 inches each.   Since my artistic residency in Antarctica in March 2007, where I did an important capturing images really very precious to me, I wanted to create pictorial compositions drawn from these photographs.  My research is directed toward making photos that highlight the characteristics of the landscape and environment of Antarctica in order to implement the relationships with images the same type, taken in our northern hemisphere.  I want to bind, connect, make connections between the southern hemisphere and the northern hemisphere.
